Tempe Jeep/Dodge is nothing short of first class. Not only did we feel completely satisfied with our new Jeep purchase, our sales person Justin Bean far exceeded our expectations by his genuine, and friendly nature, his direct and honest approach, and his specialized knowledge and expertise. We went to several dealerships in the area to find the Jeep we were looking for, and decided to purchase our new Jeep Liberty through Tempe Jeep because of Justin. The fact that we felt completely comfortable and “safe” purchasing somewhat of big investment like this says A LOT! Wow, what can we say--Buying our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee was one of the most pleasant experiences EVER. The dealership employees were friendly, all had a great attitude. They wanted to satisfy the customer (us) in every way. The facility was clean, professional in appearance and I might add--gorgeous. We were escorted by our sales person, Brent, into a bright immaculate area of glass and white tiled floor. There sat our new car already to be given over to us with a very complete explanation of every detail on the car. Brent took his time and answered all our questions on all the neat features. Brent even programmed in our home address and map on the navigation option. My husband said it was so I could find my way home where ever I might roam. Thanks so much. I love my new Jeep. My wife has taken her car to this dealership for years for service and had become friends with Sam Bagttaglia. He told her that she should talk to his fleet manager about getting a new car. She went in one morning to check her alternator and Sam had the fleet manager, J.R. come talk to her. She came home about 3 hours later saying that she really loved this one SUV and she loved the way that everyone treated her at the dealership, that they were very courteous and were not just out "to make a deal". I went in with her today to look at the vehicle and drive it and we decided that we would buy it. I was quite impressed by their knowledge of everything involved, and their great attitude (by all) to their customers.
We are definitely loyal customers to this dealership and will continue to be throughout.

I had a Durango that I brought to Sam Battaglia for service. He is a great service rep and would recommend him to ANYONE. He knew I was in the market for a new car and J.R Niemann came up to me and told me that Sam said I was interested in a new car and could he help me. From this point on for 2 hours, between J.R. and Steve and John Gatz were great to deal with - no hard push to buy a car - just gave me facts and figures and we worked it out from there. Today I am driving a new Jeep Liberty and am loving it. The experience I have had with this dealership from service on up to Chris doing my final paperwork, was so enjoyable, I think I will come back in 3 years and for it again.

Great experience with the dealership and especially with Bob Kimsey, our internet sales rep. He had researched, from our internet request, an additional option for a truck that he thought we might be interested in so when we went in to the dealership, he had 2 options for us to review - the Dodge 1500 Sport Pickup and a Dodge 1500 SLT Pickup. My husband had a dollar amount in mind that he was willing to spend and Bob did everything he could to get us the deal we wanted - and he did! So after all was said and done, we drove out of the dealership with a beautiful, fully loaded Dodge 1500 Sport Pickup! We couldn't be happier. Great job, Bob, and Dodge!

I have bought 3 trucks in the past 5 years and never one that entailed so much
work and effort by the salesman as this recent purchase, I came from calif. to arizona to purchase my truck cause no one in my home state would work to find me the truck I wanted. Justin Bean salesman for tempe dodge could've done the same as the other dealers and just said the truck was not available, He not only got the truck from another state for me, but made the experience such that I'd drive back to arizona just to do business with him again. all dealerships could learn from this young gentlemen how customers should be treated and they would surely have a lot more sales.

Last spring I began looking at Challengers. I knew I would eventually buy one, but I wasn't quite ready yet, since I heard Dodge would be offering some special colors later in the year. I visited Tempe Dodge at least six times as I was trying to decide on color, model and options. I decided to purchase my car from Tempe Dodge as the guys at Tempe Dodge were never overbearing or pushy, and honestly answered any questions I had. I worked with Mike Breyfogle (General Manager) and Don Sowell (Sales Representative) who were extremely professional and knowledgable. Mike ordered my car for me and kept me informed regarding the status of my car right up to the delivery date! In addition, Mike in Finance was very straightforward, took the time to explain the financing, and got me a great interest rate! I could not have asked for a better business transaction from start to finish. I have also used the Tempe Dodge service department and have been very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism and the fact that they don't try to "upsell" me on service I do not need. I purchased a 2010 Challenger for my son. I completed the transaction, including trading in a vehicle and financing the new vehicle in only a few hours. Before purchasing the vehicle I had thoroughly researched the vehicle I had settled on. My sales representative knew as much about the car as I did, which for some unknown reason is rare. At other dealerships I had reps who you would swear knew nothing of the vehicles they were trying to sell, much less technical questions which they should have been able to answer.
This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership in the last two years. I have on each occasion found the process to be painless. On this occasion, I had a minor mechanical issue with the car. The sales rep saw to it that the service manager addressed the issues immediately. The car was in and out in a day and the work was well performed.
My sales rep went out of his way to be certain that my son was pleased with the car. That included servicing aftermarket parts where Dodge could not.
As to price, the deal was more than fair. Not an end of the year, last car on the lot price, but one that was fair to both parties. Also, there was none of this goofy "someone is coming to look at the car in a half hour" pressure to buy the car. The negotiations were serious, professional and never ever sophomoric. I routinely walk away from any salesperson using sales tricks designed to rush teenagers.
Finally, I have had several service appointments with this dealership. In Arizona I have been greatly disappointed with independent shops which charge high prices and employee sloppy mechanics. At Tempe, the mechanics do an excellent job and you know going in they have all the special tools required to get the job done right. They are also honest as to what work needs to be done and warranty all the work. Regular oil changes are between 15 and 20 dollars, which is less than Jiffy Lube, especially after their recent price increases.
I would highly recommend this dealership and will continue to have all my maintenance and service performed here. - Darrell D. 2010 Challenger

He never once made us feel like we were being pressured to purchase nor was he ever even in the least bit rude. On December 13th 2010 I had called the dealership with a question on a 2010 Jeep Wrangler and then told the salesman I was on my way to look at it. When my wife and I arrived he was waiting out front with the Jeep that he thought I wanted. The advertisement didn't match the stock number but I was really impressed he had a Jeep out front ready for me to look at. Keith Baize and Wade Baize were the sales associates we dealt with and they both went out of their way to help my wife pick out the right Jeep since the black one wasn't going to work. They had to look for Jeeps in the dark due to a major remodeling of the dealership. After we had purchased the Jeep and got it home I realized the vehicle manual wasn't in the Jeep. I called Wade and he brought it to my house. I will buy my next vehicle from this dealership, as well as recommend it to anyone I hear wanting a new vehicle. I attempted to purchase the same vehicle at Jim Click Dodge in Tucson and they couldn't help me, insisting that no other dealerships would be able to give me the deal I was asking for on the Dodge Challenger. I was discouraged but still inquired about the vehicle through your website. I was contacted by Bobby right away. I told him my situation and what I wanted and he immediately went to work for me. He was able to set up a deal for me through the phone, since I was driving over and hour from Tucson. He was extrememly friendly and I didn't get the fake salesman shoving any car in my face like other dealerships. Bobby listened to me and took care of my requests in a reasonable amount of time. The finance manager Chris, and another female whose name I dont recall were very helpful as well and answered all questions I had. We had a great experience... We bought a car in 2007 (at another dealership) and it was such a headache. At Tempe Dodge, we left feeling that we received great customer service and a fair price....We worked with Steve Averill and it was obvious that he knew the details about every single mini-van on the lot. There were so many to choose from and he was able to narrow it down for us by showing us specific vehicles that would meet our needs. He was low-pressure and that's exactly what we wanted. We were dreading the whole process because generally it's a high-pressure experience that ends up being completely overwhelming. Trust me- high pressure doesn't increase sales with people like us- it just overwhelms us and causes us to question the salesman and ourselves and back out of making a decision. Giving us space and freedom and letting us make our own decision is definitely the best way and Steve did that. In addition, we have 1 year ol d twins and had sitter issues so we were under time constraints. Your staff did awesome at getting us in and out so that we could get home. It was painless. When we bought our car in 2007, we also had a headache witht he financing department. We were ready to pay cash, and he convinced us that their financing was the better way to go because of an initial discount and it ended up actually costing us more. In any case, at your dealership, (I'm not remembering the name of the gentleman we worked with) he was straightforward, gave us our options and again- didn't strongarm us into anything we didn't want. He gave us financing through our bank which will end up being very convienient for us. We will definitely recommend your dealership to friends and family and would use you again in the future.
